1. Withdrawing of variable pitch tail shaft up to 600 mm diameter, hub overhaul and involved machinings.   2. Rudder blade cone maching and hand adjusting by "Blue of Prussia" (Up to 14 Tons).   3. Stern tube bushing withdrawing, renewal of white metal and "Lignum Vitae" bearings (Up to 500 mm diameter).

 

  
4. Restoring of all-brass propeller blades by fairing, welding up and rebuilding of missing parts including seat machining.   5. Windlass shafts and tail shaft journals rewelding up by sub-merged arc and grinding up to 300 mm diameter.   6.2 Strokes and 5 strokes cylinder cover restoring (Up to 900mm diameter), including all necessary machinings and NDT.

16. Installation of "inert gas system" onboard with ship alongside.   17. Screw cargo pumps removal, overhaul, including liner renewal and alignment to bulkhead penetration coupling.   18. Overhaul of motorized cracking valves for oil refineries up to 800mm diameter ASA 3000.

 

  
19. Landing repair and lifting on board of hatch cover pontoons up to 25 Tons, including restoring of alignment and tightness.   20.
